Saint Joseph's Parish has been serving the Catholic faithful of Morganza since 1700.  The current church was built in 1860.  Our parish is made up of families new to our area and families who have been here for generations learning, living and worshipping the Lord Jesus together in faith and devotion.

This year Saint Joseph's Parish has celebrated the 150th anniversary of our church building this year with an extensive restoration of the art and architecture in this sacred structure.  Our new altar was solemnly dedicated on 23 May 2010 by Archbishop Wuerl.
